The July – August 2017 issue of the Dolphin Brotherhood has been posted to the Seattle Base website.

This issue has information on the upcoming Kirkland Independence Day parade, pictures from the Cabela’s and Smokey Point Rest Stop events, and the usual submarine related articles.
